Albany Associates are part of a consortium including Internews and Fondation Hirondelle working on a five-year media development project funded by USAID in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Based upon continual research into technical, legal and societal factors, Albany are advising the newly formed communications regulator, reviewing and making recommendations on communications legislation and policy, and working to develop media law assistance and outreach capabilities of local civil society organisations.
