Accommodation
Paris offers a wide range of accommodation to suit everybody’s taste. Rooms in hotels situated nearby the Masterclass venue will be reserved for your convenience. Please contact Anna Staevska at anna@albanyassociates.com should you wish to obtain a hotel reservation form and book a place.
Confirmation
Once we have received confirmation of your booking in writing (either online, by fax or by post) we will send you a confirmation email. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after. Note: We must receive full payment prior to the event start date. Submission of a booking form (either online, by fax or by post) does not guarantee a place. The dispatch by us, of an email confirmation will constitute a legally binding contract. If you have not received your confirmation email fourteen working days after submission of your booking, please contact the Albany Training team on +44 (0)1752 604211. Albany Associates Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for the no-arrival of information. Albany Associates Ltd reserves the right to decline any booking. In respect of any event, Albany Associates Ltd reserves the right to vary the content, timings, location and/or speakers and as such accept no liability for the variations. Whilst in attendance at any Albany Associates Ltd event - if your behavior is deemed to be inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, dangerous or illegal, Albany Associates Ltd reserves the right to eject you from the event without prior notice or refund. You are not permitted to make any audio or visual recordings, without the prior consent of Albany Associates Ltd. Albany Associates Ltd accept no liability for damage to or loss of personal belongings at the event venue.
Delegate Access and Dietary Requirements
Albany Associates Ltd will always endeavor to provide a vegetarian option for lunch. If you have any other dietary requirements, please inform our Training Team at the time of booking. We make every effort to ensure that our events are accessible and enjoyable for all our delegates. Data Protection
By registering for an event, Albany Associates Ltd can provide you with information relating to your booking and other Albany Associates Ltd products or services via email, direct mail, fax or telephone. Please contact Albany Associates Ltd at the above address if you do not want to receive this information.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address above, and made no later than 2nd February 2010. Such cancellations are subject to a handling and administration charge of £75.00+ VAT per delegate, which will be deducted from any due refund or invoice, whichever is appropriate. The company regrets that no cancellations are acceptable within 20 days of the event date but a substitute delegate can be nominated. Substitutions made on the day of the event are at the organizers discretion only. Pre-payments will not be refunded and invoiced sums will be payable in full, except in cases where it has been possible to mitigate loss. Albany Associates Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Albany Associates Ltd will not offer refunds to delegates due to terrorist alert or incident unless the event is cancelled. In this instance, Albany Associates Ltd will retain up to 50% of the event fee to cover marketing, administration and delegate registration costs.
